Men are nourished by the pleasure they feel moving through your body.
Most of the time, this is because men don’t have the capacity to move pleasure the way you do.
They feel alive when you dance, move or even as they watch how you glide through a room.
When you are open and experiencing pleasure, they remember how wonderful it is to be alive.
It’s not about giving him pleasure directly, but about letting him feel the enjoyment of your life.
So take an honest appraisal of how much pleasure you are bringing into your space.
Ask yourself do I even know how to do that?
Or are you bringing primarily the energy of business woman, mother and/or roommate?
It might be an enlightening experience to gauge HOW you are showing up energetically day to day.
This question is a constant from my clients and I tell them they need to start by being willing to learn how to speak and listen to each other and get curious about what they truly think and feel. I also say it might take time but it is definitely possible if two people are willing to add in new behaviours and let the old ways, that are not working, drop away.

Most of us have not been taught how to have pleasurable sexual experiences with each other, let alone speak confidently in detail about our needs. It is a bonus if it makes sense to both humans. Even if it feels uncomfortable and awkward, a couple can feel more deeply connected when they hear their partner voice their feelings openly.

I like to encourage humans to get more curious about their whole body, instead of going straight for the pleasure in the genitals. Mostly we have been taught to go straight for the instant gold, but this repeated over and over in the same spot can hinder humans from experiencing playful, loving 'in the moment' pleasurable sex. Our brains can get in the way! You might like to try something different!
